This body of works is a study of the beauty and mystery of organic form along with the larger intent of the works as recognition of the evolving new paradigm of consciousness. The works are intended for contemplation and to provide an inner shift of consciousness. The paintings are presented as a flower, without obvious utility. The works are intuitive, delicate, and yet strong. These are the very feminine qualities we will need as a global society to face the near future.

The works represent the place and time where form and formlessness meet. Where the immaterial and material realms begin to coincide, a thin space, an opening of receptive awareness. The space where thought becomes form and action. The connection of essence and matter that is evident in the energy of budding plant forms.

The active process of painting, drawing from observation, calligraphy and organic form has influenced the imagery of the paintings. They are created with a large range of media: acrylic, ink, watercolor, graphite, pigment and marble dust.
